Beefeater 24 delightly infused with vanilla chai tea, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, almond syrup and a dash of egg white. Perfumed with violet liquer.

Glass: Champagne flute

Garnish: Grapefruit twist

Ingredients:

  •  1 Vanilla Chai Tea Bag
  •  1 ml Violet Liquor
  •  5 ml Egg White
  •  15 ml almond syrup
  •  10 ml lemon juice
  •  25 ml Grapefruit Juice
  •  60 ml Beefeater 24

Method: Pour Beefeater 24 into a Boston glass (shaker), place tea bag inside and leave to infuse for two minutes, stir briefly and remove tea bag. Add all other ingredients, fill up with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into cold glass.
