Vodka Martini

Possibly the drink of wodka connoisseurs, normally served very dry, with just a touch of dry vermouth and a generously large measure of vodka. The colder the better!
Glass:
Garnish: Lemon peel, olive or none: drinker's choice
Ingredients:
- 60 ml vodka
- 10 ml Dry Vermouth
Method: Fill up a cold mixing glass with ice, pour vermouth, stir briefly and discard it, leaving only the vermouth-coated ice in the glass. Pour in vodka and stir untill very cold but not overly diluted (about 30sec). Strain into cold (best frozen) glass.
