Preserve Passion

Unusually served in a preserve jar, this cocktail really delivers an interesting combination of flavours: Port, amaretto Mandarine liqueur passion fruit and apple juice all shaken and served in a "fancy jar".

Glass:

Garnish: Half a passion fruit with mint spring

Ingredients:

  •  60 ml Port
  •  10 ml amaretto
  •  10 ml Mandarine Napoleon
  •  20 ml Passion fruit puree
  •  half a Passionfruit

Method: Scoop out the passion fruit into a Boston glass (shaker), pour in the other ingredients, fill up with ice and shake. Double strain into the glass filled with crushed ice and serve with straws.
