Japanese Slipper

Created in 1984 by Jean-Paul Bourguignon at Mietta's Restaurant in Melbourne, Australia.
Glass:
Garnish: Slice of honeydew melon
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Midori
- 30 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml lemon juce
Method: Combine all ingredients in a Boston glass (shaker) fill up with ice and shake. Double strain into cold glass.
