Glass:

Garnish: Pineapple spear and lime peel

Ingredients:

  •  30 ml White Rum
  •  30 ml dark rum
  •  15 ml Orange Curacao
  •  15 ml Orgeat Syrup
  •  5 ml Rock Candy syrup
  •  10 ml lime juice

Method: Combine all ingredients except dark rum in a Boston glass (shaker) fill up with ice and shake. Double strain into cold glass. Float dark rum.
