"Customized" for Ernest Hemingway at "La Floridita" in Cuba, served, upon Hemingway's request, with doubled the measure of rum and grapefruit juice, with a touch of Maraschino.

Garnish: Lime wedge

Ingredients:

•  75 ml Light rum
•  25 ml Grapefruit Juice
•  15 ml Maraschino
•  25 ml lime juice
•  20 ml sugar syrup

Method: Combine all ingredients in a Boston glass (shaker), fill up with ice and shake. Double strain into the cold glass.
