The Summertime Cocktail

An intriguing sorbet-style blend of 42 Below Feijoa Vodka, Crème de peche, lime juice, vanilla ice cream and lemongrass. Interestingly refreshing

Glass: Margarita

Garnish: 1/2 a lemon grass stick and a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

  •   42 Below Feijoa Vodka
  •  15 ml creme de peche
  •  20 ml fresh lime juice
  •  15 ml sugar syrup
  •  1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  •  8 cm Lemon Grass

Method: Blend all ingredients with a small scoop of dry crushed ice (15cl). Blend until smooth but still thick. Serve with straws.
