Childish, creamy and nutty! A smooth sorbet made with Calvados, Frangelico, bitters and caramel.

Glass: Coupette

Garnish: Nutmeg dust

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Frangelico
  • 25 ml calvados
  • 3 bar spoons of caramel
  • 2 dashes of Angustora Bitters

Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender with a small scoop of crushed ice (15cl) and blend untill smooth but still thick. Serve with straws.
