Foxy Lady

Vibrant and funky, this is gin based with sweet vermouth and lemon bitters coloured with Aperol and finished with Champagne.

Glass: Flute

Garnish: Grapes

Ingredients:

  •  20 ml gin
  •  10 ml Sweet vermouth
  •  5 ml Aperol
  •  2 dashes Lemon Bitters
  •  Top up Champagne

Method: Combine first four ingredients in a Boston glass (shaker), fill up with ice and shake. Double strain into the cold glass and top up with Champagne.
