Portoberry road

Port unusually infused with cumin and figs shaken with Campari, cranberry juice and blackberries.

Glass: Old-fashioned

Garnish: Lemon zest & blackberry

Ingredients:

  •   cumin & figs infused port
  •  15 ml Campari
  •  20 ml cranberry juice
  •  25 ml blackberry puree

Method: Combine all ingredients in a Boston glass (shaker), fill up with ice and shake. Strain into the glass filled with ice.
