Perfect for those sticky summers nights, this laid back Champagne cocktail delivers a hit of slick refreshment that will keep the hottest models cool!

Glass: Sling

Garnish: Watermelon triangle

Ingredients:

  •  25 ml lychee liqueur
  •  20 ml lemon juice
  •  15 ml sugar syrup
  •  about 1/2 a Boston glass of freshly chopped watermelon
  •  Top up Champagne

Method: In a Boston glass (shaker) muddle the watermelon, add lychee liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup, fill up with ice and shake. Strain into the glass filled with crushed ice and top up with Champagne.
